Developed through the successful acquisition of several businesses experienced in correctional pharmacy services, the earliest dating back to 1983, Secure Pharmacy Plus offers a unique accumulation of experience providing high- quality, cost-effective pharmacy programs, health-related commissary products and medical/surgical supplies and equipment.
With the dedicated efforts of more than 300 employees (including over 40 licensed pharmacists) at our Tennessee distribution center, SPP processes over 75,000 medication orders per week, resulting in approximately four million prescriptions processed for over 500,000 patients annually. The company currently provides managed care pharmacy and consulting services to more than 370 facilities in 34 states.
Also serviced through our distribution center in Tennessee , are our Medical/Surgical and Commissary Supply Divisions. At present, over 350 facilities enjoy the benefits of the Divisions’ expertise and cost-efficient programs.
