Mr. Robbins is the founder and was the former Chairman and CEO of PHP Healthcare Corporation, a $400 million New York Stock Exchange company. Utilizing his experiences and commitment to quality health care, Mr. Robbins formed a team of health services professionals to focus on this commitment of quality health care delivery. CRA team members have proven capabilities in the design, development, implementation and management of myriad health care systems. CRA's management team is comprised of former executives of major health care delivery systems bringing years of collective expertise in the area of health care operations and management.
