JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manages the Pharmacy Department.
• Responsible for achievement of customer service and financial objectives, as well as adherence to professional practices and management of hourly Pharmacy associates.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Manages all Pharmacy Department operations and hourly Pharmacy associates.
• Performs professional duties and responsibilities, associated with the processing of prescriptions, to meet Company objectives and personally maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.



• Ensures prompt and courteous customer service by all hourly Pharmacy associates.



• Responsible for adherence to federal and state Pharmacy laws.
• May serve as the Pharmacist in charge for licensing agreements.
• Implements audit control procedures to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.
• Selects, hires, and trains hourly Pharmacy Department associates.
• Schedules Pharmacy Department hourly associates and maintains the time and attendance reporting system.
