Our newest innovation is an interactive pharmacy kiosk that enables our customers to access a live pharmacist from a remote location 24 hours a day.
In 1999, Duane Reade opened the industry's first Central Fill facility, where prescriptions are prepared for a group of pharmacies and then sent to the store for customer pickup. Central Fill permits more efficient inventory management and frees time for store pharmacists to consult with customers.
