Job Description
Coordinates patient care activities for the Pharmacy Department that includes providing physician, patient and staff education, evaluating and recommending medication therapy, developing medication therapy protocols and coordinating quality improvement activities related to use of medication. Works with Pyxis Profiler to ensure and enhance safe distribution of medications and monitors diversion possibilities.
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, Residency preferred.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Clinical
Pharmacist in an acute care facility is required.
Licensed as Pharmacist in SC required.
