Job Description
Summary of duties - Prepare IV admixtures, perenteral nutrition and chemotherapy admixtures, full unit dose medication, Pyxis and other medication orders. Deliver and stock medications, with other duties as assigned. Must be able to flex up to 80 hours bi-weekly. Experience Required: License Certification requirements - Completion of pharmacy technician training program or equivalent pharmacy technician work experience.
Experience requirements - Preferred but not required: 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience and technician certification.
Special Skills or abilities - Ability to operate computers, IV related devices and unit dosing equipment.
