Job Description
180 bed Hospital is seeking a motivated pharmacist to assist the management team in motivating and leading the pharmacy staff forward in a growth oriented organizational and help them to be a even better team than they are now. Previous managerial and/or hospital experience a plus, but not necessary. The Pharmacy Manager will invest in the development of the right candidate. Weekend rotation will be 1 out of 6 when fully staff. In the coming year the pharmacy will be totally remodeled and equipped with state-of-the-art automation. This is a great opportunity for motivated retail, out-patient or LTC pharmacist to learn and grow as a leader in a progressive and growing hospital pharmacy.
B.S. in Pharmacy (PharmD a plus), and an active CA license required. Salary range is between $51 & $63 per/hr based upon experience.
