General Job Summary: Help direct and lead the IT clinical initiatives throughout the organization in order to incorporate evidence based care into clinical practice. Manage projects while bringing clinical initiatives to the forefront which will be supported with technology solutions and process.
Candidates must have a Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree preferred. Healthcare discipline such as: RN, Radiology, Laboratory, or Pharmacy. Must have a combination of healthcare operations experience and implementation of clinical IS systems. Experience in process redesign and analysis would be very helpful. Must possess excellent communication, team and interpersonal skills are required. Good time management and organization skills will be required to effectively perform the position. Experience with desktop applications such as word processing; spreadsheets, databases and process flow design is necessary.
