HOME INFUSION PHARMACIST Hayward, CA

Our client in Hayward, CA has opportunities for full-time, part-time and per-diem Pharmacists. The Pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical services to patients and medical staff by dispensing and compounding injectible products. Qualification: • Valid California Pharmacist License • Minimum of two years current experience in home infusion, hospital and/or long term care setting • Specialty experiences in nutrition, pediatrics, and/or infectious disease a plus! • BS in Pharmacy, Pharm D preferred • Flexibility to respond to "on-call" business calls during non-business hours • Excellent oral and written communication skills
