Working with a staff of seven pharmacists, technicians and pharmacy interns •Prescription processing and verification (QS1 software) •Medication dispensing / Inventory management •Patient counseling and education •Consultation with primary care providers •Clinical service quality improvement projects Diabetes, Anti-Coagulation, Asthma, Geriatric Medication Management, Medication Therapy Management,
The qualified and effective candidate for this position will have: •Graduated from an accredited college of pharmacy •A minimum of two plus years of professional pharmacy experience •A valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota •Bilingual skills - (Spanish) preferred
