Job Description
Immediate Opening For A Night Pharmacist
- 7 on/ 7 off night shift pharmacist
- Contract position for 13 weeks; assignment may be extended
- Pay rate $55-65/hr
- Previous hospital experience preferred, but not required

Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in Washington
- BS or Pharm D from an accredited school of Pharmacy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
Responsibilities - Interprets medication orders verifying accuracy as it may pertain to dosage, route of administration, and dosing interval. In the event of a questionable order you will be responsible for contacting the prescribing physician and offer recommendations.
- Initiate and maintain Inpatient Medication Profiles, recording all medications, routes and intervals, reviews all profiles for contraindications and drug interactions and will notify the prescribing physician of any drug therapy contraindications.
- Responsible for providing drug information by verbal or written response as requested from physician, nurses, ancillary departments, and community pharmacies.
