Job Description
Clinical/Staff pharmacist – Northwestern Iowa
Come develop your clinical skills in the heartland of America! Rapidly expanding hospital in northwestern Iowa is in need of a Clinical/Staff pharmacist to add to its solid pharmacy department.
This position offers a primarily DAYTIME schedule with limited evening and weekend rotations. Hours are 6:30am-3pm or 7:30am-4pm. Responsibilities include working closing with physicians and nurses, rounding, and various clinical projects. Very supportive pharmacy environment…pharmacists work extremely well together and respect each other…no turnover in over three years! Strong salary, low cost of living, excellent benefits, sign on and relo!
Would prefer some hospital experience but will consider new grads and will train individuals with a retail background.
Northwestern Iowa offers a low cost of living in a beautiful, safe community. With a population of 125,000 Siouxland offers many opportunities for entertainment, sporting events, cultural exhibits, concerts, restaurants and movie theaters. Located along the Missouri River, Sioux City recently completed a great walking, biking and in-line skating trail that is several miles long. The Anderson Pavilion located in the Riverfront park is often used for outdoor concerts and gatherings. The Fourth Street rejuvenation has developed a 2 block area with unique shops and restaurants all housed in architecturally historic buildings.
