Pharm D degree or clinically oriented M.S. degree and licensure in the state of Texas or BS degree with equivalent experience. Preferred completion of ASHP accredited pharmacy practice residency or fellowship or demonstration of equivalent experience. Ability to promote teamwork, build effective relationships, and lead/facilitate work groups. Strong customer service skills. Ability to develop and direct Pharmacy operational and educational programs. Knowledge of pharmacy and hospital computer systems and computer-assisted devices. Familiarity with health care reimbursement environment. Pharmacy Sterile Product certification through an in-house program or other accredited program required. Demonstrates commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process and the Behavioral Expectations in all interactions and in performing all job duties. Performs duties in a manner to promote quality patient care and customer service/satisfaction, while promoting safety, cost efficiency, and a commitment to the CQI process. Position will be based out of our Corporate Home Health office located in the SW area. Some on-call will be required.
