SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The staff pharmacist dispenses medications and monitors and evaluates prescribed therapies and all aspects of medication use and storage to promote the highest level of safe and cost-effective pharmaceutical care

Performing the day-to-day professional operations of the department which includes drug acquisition, distribution, and monitoring, identifying, resolving, and preventing drug related problems that may affect optimal patient care outcomes and to research and communicate to our medical and nursing staff, as well as to all ancillary services

Our client, one of the leaders in the long term care industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Staff Pharmacist located in the Indianopolis area. The Staff Pharmacist dispenses medications and monitors and evaluates prescribed therapies and all aspects of medication use and storage to promote the highest level of safe and cost-effective pharmaceutical care.
