Staff Pharmacist Southeastern, NM
105K+ plus sign on and relocation
Clinical/Inpatient Staff pharmacist opening in beautiful southern New Mexico. 250 bed regional hospital with very supportive, stable pharmacy staff.
Fantastic opportunity to develop your clinical skills. Will train new grads and pharmacists with a retail background. Very competitive salary (50/Hr+) plus sign on and relocation available.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with either a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. 2. Current licensure in New Mexico as a Registered Pharmacist with documented completion of continuing professional education as required by law. 3. Thorough knowledge of pharmacology and medical therapeutics. 4. Thorough knowledge of the federal and state laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice. 5. Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with the other pharmacy staff, hospital personnel, medical staff, patients and visitors.
PREFERRED: 1. One (1) or more years previous hospital and/or clinical pharmacy experience. 2. Knowledge of laboratory medicine and diagnostic procedures. 3. Completion of CPR/ACLS course. One (1) or more years previous computer experience. Bilingual
