PHARMACIST-OPERATIONS MANAGER NEEDED
MARYLAND
Be responsible for daily operations of 3000 sq. ft. faculty.... central pharmacy. Learn how each section works.... IV, Infusion, and unit dosing.
Handle scheduling and crisis intervention, personnel issues how the computer systems work, etc.
They want someone with general business or operations experience in a pharmacy setting or a clinical pharmacist with an MBA. Must have a minimum of 7+ years’ hospital pharmacy experience, strong people skills and organizational abilities. Able to work with all levels of personnel and prioritize projects effectively. Initiative and stability are important as well. Able to keep daily operations running smoothly...is the buffer!
This is not a dispensing job. (Only on an "as needed basis) They are involved with budgets and inventory, scheduling Committees, meetings, and projects, work well with female DOP who can be difficult.
Will offer 3 weeks vacation and solid benefits and relocation package. This is a very well -respected facility with a good reputation. They are big on education and training. They are in a town.... north of Baltimore.
