Job Description
SENIOR VP Pharmacy Operations needed $140-160,000 Major city in Alabama
Long-term care pharmacy business with facilities in the Midwest and Southeast. The Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Operations will report to the COO and will manage the overall profitability. The company supplies skilled nursing homes with a total of 3,000 residents. This position involves 25% travel.
Duties will include: *Supervising *Purchasing *Labor resources *Compliance *Business development *Outside sales *Maintenance of all contracts with nursing facilities, vended and clinical *Serving as primary contact in regards to service, quality and financial issues
Requirements: *At least five years of pharmacy experience in the long-term care industry *Current license as a Registered Pharmacist in good standing *Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care *Excellent verbal and written communication skills
