Job Description
PHARMACIST MANAGER NEEDED VIRGINIA For RIGHT candidate will beat your current compensation $125-135,000/year
Our client, a well-established independent community pharmacy just minutes from Richmond in Hopewell, VA. They have an immediate need for an experienced Pharmacist to manage a community retail pharmacy averaging 250 scripts/day and a Closed Door pharmacy in an adjacent building servicing approximately 1000 beds (Assisted living and Regional Jail). The position would entail primarily retail with oversight of the Closed Door Pharmacy. Staffing is in place for the most part with perhaps an additional tech and some fine-tuning of the staff pharmacists' schedule. The key is strong management ability and an eye for efficiency. Store hours are conducive to qualify of life concerns - Monday - Friday (A - 6P and Saturdays 9A - 1P. For the RIGHT candidate our client is willing to beat your current compensation.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; current VA license or eligible.
BENEFITS: There is a 3% 401(k) contribution after 1 year, health insurance; vacation would be grand fathered based on the individual's current level and 1 day/month floating day.
