4 - 10 hour shifts available Relocation and Sign on

As Staff Pharmacist you will work 40 hours a week (8 or 10 hour shifts may be negotiated) and be responsible for ensuring the provision of Pharmaceutical care for patients within the scope of the hospital.

Main responsibilities:

• Dispense pharmaceuticals in accordance with physician orders and the hospital formulary system. • Calculate and recommend appropriate patient doses using pharmacokinetics and renal dosing protocols • Assist in quality control and P.I. studies relating to pharmaceutical use • Complete daily patient billing of pharmaceuticals administered • Prepare take-home medications for ER dispensing
