Clinical Hospital Pharmacist Detroit, MI Monday - Friday daytime schedule!!

. SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing medications that are in Phase III clinical trials and evaluating the impact of those high cost medications that are forecasted to be approved by the FDA. Oncology medications will be a major area of focus due to their costs. The clinical Clinical Pharmacist will work closely with medical and administrative leadership as well as the primary care providers/staff to develop and implement strategies which continuously improve the quality of patient care at the best value for the patients. This position reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy and will be instrumentally involved with the P & T committee.
