DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY

* Oversee pharmacy operations * Plan, organize, control and supervise activities in the hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. * Recommend innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to Administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. * Have the ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns in addition to the ability to work cooperatively with other members of hospital and pharmacy staff.
The ideal candidate has experience as a Director of Pharmacy in a hospital setting
