CLINICAL COORDINATOR

Some of the responsibilities of the Clinical Coordinator:

· Oversee and monitor clinical programs including pharmacokinetics, IV to PO, Renal Dosing and Antibiotic Usage

· Formulary maintenance and drug review; development of new clinical programs and drug therapy protocols; adverse drug reaction
