DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY Our client, a top provider of home healthcare products and services is currently seeking a Director of Pharmacy for their office in the Baltimore, MD area. As Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all the pharmacy operations, supervising the pharmacy and support staff and assuring compliance with physicians’ order, JCAHO standards, Federal, State and local laws and regulations and company policies. Requirements: · Current MD license in good standing, or able to reciprocate · 2 years pharmaceutical experience in home infusion health care · Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organization skills · Ability to demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous quality improvement. As Director, you will also be responsible for sales growth, and in conjunction with nursing, ensure a collaborative approach to quality patient care.
