Director of Pharmacy McKinney, TX
As Director you will be responsible for:
· Day to day operations of all departmental activities · Ensure the department meets all legal and accreditation requirements · Coordinate department activities, operations and clinical services · Supervise, and direct personnel work flow · Prepare Department budget · Evaluate drug therapy policies, protocols and procedures · Participates in in-service programs · Promote cost containment programs and procedures · Train and evaluate performance of staff · Serves as resource person for drug information · Maintain pharmacy library and literature files
.QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: B.S., PharmD with MHA preferred from an accredited university. Licensure: Current Texas Pharmacy License Experience: 5 years previous Director level experience.
