The Infectious Disease (ID) Pharmacy specialist is responsible for development, implementation, and documentation of the antimicrobial stewardship program. This will be accomplished through colloaboration, coordination, and communication with the Pharmacy Clinical Managers, pharmacists, medical staf and other healthcare workers.
