Job Description
Aurora BayCare Medical Center is a 167-bed tertiary care Level II Trauma Center. Imagine yourself... ·Reviewing, evaluating and consulting with patients and other health care providers on issues relating to drug related problems and optimal drug therapy. ·Reviewing and interpreting medication histories in order to make recommendations regarding drug therapy or the process of drug delivery to other health care providers. ·Reviewing and evaluating drug related information to make recommendations regarding the most effective and cost-effective drug therapy. ·Assuring that the medication needs of patients are met throughout the continuum of care. ·Providing input into establishing and implementing written policies and procedures for all pharmacy operations.
Aurora BayCare is seeking a full-time, Monday through Friday, second shift pharmacist to join a progressive pharmacy practice team in an organization desiring pharmacist collaboration
