Job Description
Our client a not for profit hospital, dedicated to providing the highest quality of patient care seeks a clinical staff pharmacist to join their team.

- Provide Staff education
- IV preparation
- Clinical Intervention
- Antibiotic Surveillance
- Pharmacokinetics / Pharmacotherapy
- Staff education
- Interact with patients, physicians, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Schedule:
Primarily days and every other Saturday – NO Sundays
Hours: 7 AM – 3 PM, 9:30 Am – 5:30 PM, 2PM – 10PM
Requirements: B.S. of Pharmacy or Pharm. D degree 1 -2 year hospital experience preferred
Knowledge of general hospital pharmacy practice
Ability to communicate at all levels Illinois Licensure
New grads with hospital rotations considered
