Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator
Job Description
As the Clinical Coordinator you will:
- Supervise and coordinate the management and evaluation of clinical pharmacy activities.
- Develop departmental and hospital educational and training programs.
- Develop, implement and evaluates programs for clinical services.
- Ensure accountability for department quality assurance, drug use evaluation, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and drug information resources.
- 40-50% of the position time is spent in direct patient care activities.
Requirements:
BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D
3-5 years clinical hospital experience
California licensure
Previous Clinical Supervisory experience preferred but will consider candidate with demonstrated skills
Residency desirable
Able to communicate at all levels
