Job Description
As a decentralized Clinical Staff Pharmacist, you will work in a progressive and clinical atmosphere with state of the art technology providing pharmaceutical services throughout various patient care areas. You will participate in in-services and health care teams, do rounds with the medical staff, monitor drug therapy/protocols on medical and surgical floors, ICU and CCU care units. Additional duties as assigned by pharmacy management.
Requirements:
BS or Pharm D
1-2 years hospital experience
Residency or specialty training in Oncology, Pediatrics or Emergency Care a plus
Connecticut licensure or eligible
