Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree (BS) in Pharmacy or a PharmD. from an accredited college or university
• Current license for state of Texas (in good standing)
• Special qualifications: Familiarity with computer systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Hospital and Clinical Experience is mandatory
