As a Clinical Pharmacist you will provide specialized pharmaceutical services for Cardiology to adult and geriatric patients. Review and evaluates drug regimens of patients in assigned nursing units and other units as requested.

Need at least 3 years of hospital experience Pharm D Registered Pharmacist in the State of North Carolina Cardiology or critical care residency required
