Pharmacy Supervisor for Anti-Coag Clinic at a hospital in Northern, OR.

Position reports to the Pharmacy Manager. This is a smaller department and they see about 25 patients a day. The Supervisor will oversee 1 FTE Pharmacist, 2 on call Pharmacists, 2 FTE Pharmacy Techs, and 1 on call Pharmacy Tech.

Day shift position

Qualifications:

OR Licensed Pharmacist Someone who is enthusiastic and charismatic to develop the team and service and to grow the business Have at least one experience as a Lead Pharmacist and led a group of others. Must have Anti-Coag experience
