Job Description
Soliant Health is seeking experienced Long Term Care Pharmacists to work at local facilities.
You will ensure the drug therapy needs of patients are met, drug distribution, provide drug related needs and drug information to other medical, nursing and allied health professionals. Provide clinical instruction for students involved in internship & other teaching programs, check & order inventory, and shadow techs.
