Job Description
Provide clinical services to staff and patients by dispensing and compounding injectible products, consulting with physician and patients on specific drug therapies, and supervising pharmacy tech staff.
You must have a valid RI Pharmacist license, BS in Pharmacy (Pharm D preferred), 2+ years’ current home infusion experience in a hospital and/or long-term care setting, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to perform “on-call” duties during off hours. Specialty experience in nutrition, pediatrics and/or infectious disease a plus.
