Memorial Hospital Los Banos is a 48-bed, not-for-profit hospital that exists to maintain and improve the health of the citizens of greater Merced County and to provide health education programs and event to the community.


Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized pharmacy school. Current California pharmacy license. Four years experience as a Hospital Pharmacist. Demonstrated leadership and team building skills are desired. IV hydration, pain management, infectious disease, chemotherapy, IV admixture and nutritional support experience is desired. Drug utilization review procedures, therapeutic drug monitoring, and knowledge of quality improvement. Knowledge in the preparation of monthly and quarterly pharmacy reports is required. Computer knowledge is required.
