Under the general direction of the Director, Pharmacy or designee, directs and supervises the department. May assume responsibility for all department activities in the absence of the Director.

Minimum Qualifications: Must meet education requirements for Hawaii state licensing. Current Hawaii pharmacist license. Three years of progressive pharmacy experience in a healthcare setting or related experience.

Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). Inpatient pharmacy experience.
