Under the general direction of the Director or Manager, Pharmacy or designee, compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals, supplies, medications, and large and small volume parenterals either directly or by supervising their preparation. Provides information concerning medications to other health professionals. Monitors the safe distribution of medications to the patient.

Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Must meet education requirements for Hawaii state licensing. Current Hawaii pharmacist license.

Preferred: One year hospital pharmacy experience.
