Under the direct supervision of the Director or Manager, Pharmacy or designee and a licensed pharmacist on duty, performs assigned tasks that may include monitoring patient’s drug therapy, retrieving patient-specific lab data, developing responses to drug information questions, giving in-services to staff, collecting and analyzing quality assurance and work load data.

Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Completion of at least one year of pharmacy school from an accredited institution. State of Hawaii pharmacy intern permit.
