Pharmacy, 80 hrs, 8am-5pm. Pharmacy Resident, ASHP Accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency Program. Receives extensive clinical and hospital pharmacy training/experience beyond the traditional academic experience and undergraduate clerkships. Develops patient assessment and therapeutic monitoring skills, develops an understanding of the admin needs of a hospital pharmacy, assists with review of patient medication therapy during clinical rotations, assists with quality assurance activities, and teaches/precepts others. Qualifications include eligibility for licensure in Washington State; graduate of an accredited School or College of Pharmacy.
