Provides comprehensive pharmacy services to inpatients, outpatients, hospital staff and physicians to ensure smooth, consistent operation in accordance with governmental regulatory agencies and corporate guidelines, policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Must have a license as a Pharmacist in the state of Utah and be able to dispense controlled substances. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills are required. Experience and/or training in a hospital pharmacy environment is preferred. Must be CPR certified. Must pass pre-employment math test.

Working Hours (per week) : 40 Additional Details : Must be available to work evening and graveyard shifts.
