Job Description

This position will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in the Acute care departments within the facilities (Emergency, Intensive Care focus). It will require initiative, organizational skills, operational support and vision for a new expanded Emergency Department. Faculty opportunities will be available in 2007. Qualifications
Requires a PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Must have a license as a Pharmacist in the state of Utah or be license eligible and be able to dispense controlled substances. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills are required. Experience and/or training in a hospital pharmacy environment is preferred.
