Provides comprehensive pharmacy services to inpatients, outpatients, hospital staff and physicians to ensure smooth, consistent operation in accordance with governmental regulatory agencies and corporate guidelines, policies and procedures.

This position will work on the critical care, cardiology and medicine teams.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Must have a license as a Pharmacist in the state of Utah and be able to dispense controlled substances. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills are required. Experience and/or training in a hospital pharmacy environment is preferred.

This position will cover two week-ends a month. Rotating week-ends. 8 hour day shifts.
