Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM; Days of work: Sunday - Thursday
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the daily operation of the nuclear pharmacy, including: compounding, dispensing procurement, quality control, quality assurance, record keeping, and utilization of diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals. He/She is responsible for ensuring compliance with the federal regulatory agencies and the safety and efficacy of the human use of radioactive drugs. This position also supervises and directs protocols for investigational use of radiopharmaceuticals and is responsible for developing nuclear pharmacy.
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed to practice pharmacy and nuclear pharmacy in the State of Ohio. Board Certified or eligible in nuclear pharmacy. Demonstrated experience in development and operation of Nuclear pharmacy. Ability to work with pharmacists, technologists, physicians and hospital administration
