The hired Proposal Development Associate will respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) from the sales department, directly impacting our bottom line. Key responsibilities include:
Receiving RFPs from sales in support of both new sales and renewals
Determining which aspects of the RFPs may receive standard answers
Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to answer other aspects of the RFPs
Overseeing the database where standard SME answers are kept


Qualifications
Experience working with RFPs is essential for this position, as is healthcare industry experience. A background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) is preferred. We also value candidates with direct experience with proposals. MS Office experience is necessary, and PMAPS experience is preferred. Project management experience is a plus, as is exposure to clinical programs within an RFP environment.
