Requires completion of Technical Training course for pharmacy. Must be technician certified. Requires knowledge of basic math and the metric system. Requires the ability to read, measure, weigh, prepare and formulate medications and pharmaceuticals using metric system. Requires the ability to pull/push carts weighing up to 100 lbs and lifting cassettes weighing up to 45 lbs. Duties include assisting in the formulation, preparation, dispensing, and delivery of medications and pharmaceutical supplies. Record and maintain informational records on various medications and/or pharmaceuticals. Able to use CRT and Laminar Flow Hood.
