Clinical Staff Pharmacist Opportunity!! Evening shift - Full time 40 hours/week
The staff pharmacist is responsible for provide pharmaceutical care services to patients, ensure safe appropriate, cost effective medications therapies for patients. Develop and participate in activities designed to measure and improve the medication use process. Prepare and dispense medication orders according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Candidates must be eligible for pharmacist licensure in Colorado and be graduates of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science degree. Preferred at 1 year of experience in a hospital Pharmacy, and advanced degree or hospital residency,
