Responsibilities: Will be a resource to staff and other health care providers regarding drug use Perform patient consultations, clinical pharmacy functions and support committee clinical programs Must be able to collaborate positively with nursing and other staff members Fill medication orders when needed
Requirements for this job: Current Pharmacy state license within the state of practice or eligibility for license Graduate from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy Residency training, BCPS certification or good clinical experience (medication management, drug information, dosing services, direct patient care roles) Must be certified in hospital protocols and completed one or more clinical modules Advanced degree or certification preferred Hospital experience preferred
