JOB DESCRIPTION: This pharmacist will work with a team of pharmacists to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our pediatric patient populations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing expertise on drug therapy related to pediatrics Development of protocols and clinical initiatives for neonate and pediatric population Active participation on quality improvement and process committees Providing formal education to students, residents and other healthcare providers Participate in research activities of the department and institution. LICENSURE: Eligible for or current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia; PharmD required Must have experience in pediatrics General practice and specialty residency training in pediatrics preferred. BCPS certification desired
