Responsibilities: Will assist with the operations of the department Responsible for caregiver performance Plan, coordinate, direct and provide clinical activities of the department Will provide appropriate drug selection, dosage, consultations and staff development
Requirements for this job: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (Must be minimum of five years, 90 day internship) Bachelor's, Master's or Pharm.D degree required Current Pharmacy License within the state of practice Three years hospital experience preferred Experience with computerized unit dose and IV admixture services Knowledge of management and supervision of a Pharmacy required
