Requirements for this job: Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy is required. Must have a current and valid Pharmacy license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Minimum of two (2) years previous demonstrated experience as a Pharmacist preferred. Minimum of one (1) year acute care/hospital clinical experience required.
